I want to invite anyone and everyone, young and old, to join me every afternoon for a midday meditation class starting on Monday, March 16.
Please don’t worry if you have never meditated. It’s simply an opportunity for 15 minutes to breathe with me. Share this invite with all who may need it. Bring your children. Your loved ones. Your pet. Even your plants. (They need love too.)
