The Slow Practice

Level 1

A 60-minute slow restorative vinyasa flow practice.

In this guided practice, we begin to explore on our mats the answer to the perpetual question: ‘What do I need?’

As we slow down and move with intention, our yoga practice can be an opportunity for us to learn how to tune in to ourselves and let our bodies lead us to wherever they may want to go next.
