A yang/yin inspired practice to ground you before you start your week.  A smooth, gentle flow followed by a few deeper, targeted stretches that will be held for longer periods and closing with a restful savasana. 

Increase your mobility and flexibility as you hold a calming contemplative space to best prepare for your week ahead.
