Let’s bloom together!

An uplifting 75-minute vinyasa flow practice.

In this practice, you will dance on your mat. We will follow a sequence that roots our feet to the Earth, strengthening our legs and building inner balance and focus. This practice will invite you to grow and lengthen your body as you open your hips and your heart.
