AS WE BEGIN 2021, WE INVITE YOU TO PUT YOURSELF AT THE CENTER OF YOUR LIFE FOR OUR FIRST ANNUAL WINTER RETREAT ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 16.

COME RESTORE YOUR BODY, GROUND YOUR SPIRIT AND NURTURE YOUR HEART DURING OUR TWO-AND-HALF HOUR GETAWAY.

OUR PRACTICE WILL BEGIN WITH A CENTERING PRANAYAMA BREATH PRACTICE FOLLOWED BY A GENTLE, RESTORATIVE FLOW YOGA CLASS AND A WRITING WORKSHOP.
